Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. Hellmann's or real mayo
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
- 2 large firm bananas
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 3/4 c. salted peanuts or cashew halves
Method
- Mix mayo and curry powder.
- Add chicken and celery.
- Mix well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
