Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked spaghetti (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 8 ounces pepperoni (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/2 cup green peppers (diced)
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)

Method

  • Brown chuck onions, and peppers in a large skillet; drain. Mix with pasta sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti parmesan, pepperoni, grated cheddar, and granulated garlic to skillet mixture.
  • Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
