- 1 pound cooked spaghetti (drained)
- 1 1/2 cups prepared pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 8 ounces pepperoni (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 large onion diced
- 1/2 cup green peppers (diced)
- 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
Method
- Brown chuck onions, and peppers in a large skillet; drain. Mix with pasta sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add spaghetti parmesan, pepperoni, grated cheddar, and granulated garlic to skillet mixture.
- Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
