Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme, oregano, sage or basil
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Peel potatoes and cut them into 1/8-inch thick slices.
- Place slices in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and thyme or other herbs.
- Toss to mix well.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam, spreading the slices so they overlay slightly.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or longer if you prefer them crisper.
- Serves 4.
