Ingredients
- 5 lb. short ribs
- 1 pt. sliced onions
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put in covered casserole in oven at 300° for 3 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
- If you want thicker gravy, put flour, salt, pepper and paprika in bag with ribs before combining.
- Serves 6 persons.
