Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450 and Line a pan with non stick foil.
  • Spread olive oil across foil where each fillet will go.
  • Place fillets evenly across foil-thicker ones on the outside.
  • Cover in olive oil.
  • Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground pepper on top of each fillet.
  • Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
