Ingredients
- 3 cans whole green beans
- 1 c. consomme
- 1 pt. fresh mushrooms
- 1 stick butter
- sprinkle of garlic seasoning
- salt to taste
Method
- Drain all liquid from beans.
- Put in bowl with undiluted consomme and let soak at least 1 hour.
- Broil mushrooms in butter; add to beans.
- (One large can mushrooms can be substituted for fresh ones.)
- Pour into buttered casserole.
- Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
- Serves 6 to 8.
