Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raisins, cut up (optional)

Method

  • Add a jar of cooked prunes, with the pits removed, to a 6 ounce package of Jell-O dissolved in the proper amount of water (according to directions on Jell-O box).
  • Let it set while chilling.
  • Beat heavy cream (1/2 pint) and sweeten to taste.
  • Beat Jell-O mixture and cream together and serve or keep chilled until serving time.
