Method
- Scrub 4 (6-ounce) baking potatoes; pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 12 minutes or until done, rearranging once. Top each potato with 1/2 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine, and sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
