Ingredients
- 8 or 9 large potatoes
- 1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayo
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (Velveeta or Colby)
Method
- Precook potatoes with jackets; cool and slice in wedges with jackets.
- May be refrigerated overnight before sliced.
- Combine bacon, mayo and cheese.
- Spread over potatoes and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
