Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 hot baked potato, split
  • 1/3 c. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. light Italian dressing
  • 2 tsp. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Spoon cottage cheese over hot potato.
  • Top with vegetables and dressing.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
