Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 hot baked potato, split
- 1/3 c. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. light Italian dressing
- 2 tsp. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Spoon cottage cheese over hot potato.
- Top with vegetables and dressing.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
