Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
- 2 c. lettuce
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small container.
- Add m.s.g., if wanted.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Tear or cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix.
