Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes with jackets, boiled and chilled
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cube butter
- 2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
- salt to taste
- 1 c. milk
Method
- After potatoes are chilled, grate.
- Add onion and sour cream. Heat cheese, milk and butter.
- Add to potato mixture and blend thoroughly with spoon.
- Do not use mixer.
- Put in an 8 1/2 x 13-inch oblong baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
