Ingredients
- 500 ml canned salmon
- 250 ml soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 7 ml finely chopped onion
- 250 ml milk
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 2 ml salt
Method
- Remove the skin from the fish if desired; crush the soft bones and mix with the oil and flaked salmon.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter.
- Bake at 180C/350F until firm and brown, about 45 minutes.
