Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 medium onions, grated
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 6 slices bacon
Method
- Cut tenderloins in half.
- In shallow baking dish, combine all remaining ingredients, except bacon.
- Place meat in mixture, turning it to soak on each side (at least 1 hour).
- Cover with bacon slices and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 325°.
