Ingredients
- 5 whole Red Potatoes (medium-sized)
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Wash red potatoes and chop into large pieces the way you would if you were making mashed potatoes.
- Put potatoes in a pot just covered with water. Boil on medium high for about 15 minutes.
- Drain water and mix in butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix like mashed potatoes and put in an oven safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until golden brown.
