Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (1 per serving)
- Italian salad dressing (oil blend) not creamy.
Method
- Slice
- potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Place in baking dish and fan slices slightly.
- Pour salad dressing over potatoes.
- Cover dish with saran wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Rotate potatoes, cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then microwave on high for another 4-6 minutes or until potatoes are soft when tested with a fork.
