Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 whl , (3 lb) chicken, skinned Vegetable cooking spray
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Reynolds warm bag, (optional)
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy duty zip-top plastic bag; add in chicken.
- Seal and refrigerate1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Coat a rack in a roasting pan with cooking spray.
- If using a reynolds warm bag, spray with vegetable oil and sprinkle bag with 1 Tablespoons flour and shake to coat spray.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place, breast side up, on rack or possibly in bag.
- Pour marinade over chicken, tuck wings under.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil or possibly in bag at 375 F for 45 min.
- Uncover, coat chicken with cooking spray, sprinkle with paprika, and bake another 45 min, uncovered, till done.
