Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 4 whole (4 Oz. Each) Boneless, Skinless Salmon Fillets, Thawed

Method

  • In a large zip-lock bag, combine garlic, oil, basil, parsely, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  • Place thawed fillets in the bag and gently toss to coat.
  • Place bag in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Remove fish from bag and place fish in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Pour marinade over top of the fish.
  • Bake, uncovered, 1012 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
