Ingredients
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 4 whole (4 Oz. Each) Boneless, Skinless Salmon Fillets, Thawed
Method
- In a large zip-lock bag, combine garlic, oil, basil, parsely, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Place thawed fillets in the bag and gently toss to coat.
- Place bag in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove fish from bag and place fish in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Pour marinade over top of the fish.
- Bake, uncovered, 1012 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
