Ingredients
- 2 slices tenderized ham (1 1/2-inches thick)
- 2 c. fruit juice (apricot, pineapple or orange)
- 1 c. sherry
- 1/2 c. honey
- apricot halves
- mustard
- peanut butter
Method
- Spread ham slices with prepared mustard and peanut butter. Put one slice on top of the other.
- Pour two cups of juice over ham.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 325°.
- Add wine.
- Bake another hour.
- Place apricot (or cherries) on top and pour 1/2 cup honey.
- Bake 20 minutes longer.
- Serves 10.
