Ingredients
- 12 x green bananas
- 1 x thick lowfat milk from 1 coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 x grated coconut
- 3 tsp baking pwdr or possibly 1 TBSP
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. mixed fruits
Method
- Peel & wash banans in salt water to get rid of stain.
- Grate bananas.
- Add in coconut lowfat milk, sugar, butter & fruits.
- Mix thoroughly, then add in baking pwdr & fruits.
- Pour into greased cake tin and bake for 30-35 min
