Ingredients
- 12 slice(s) Dry French Bread
- 5 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cup(s) Milk
- 1 cup(s) Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Nutmeg
- 1 cup(s) Chopped Pralines
- 1 cup(s) Melted Butter or Margarine
- 2 cup(s) Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
Method
- 1.Place bread in bottom of 13x9 in baking dish. In bowl, combine eggs, milk, 3/4 cup of the brown sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour over bread. Refrigerate over night, covered.
- 2.Remove 30 minutes before ready to bake. Sprinkle pecans over dish. Combine butter and remaining sugar and drizzle over top.
- 3.Bake uncovered at 400 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with blueberries and bake an additional 10 minutes.
