Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets (frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. butter
Method
- Cut fillets into 4 portions and soak 3 minutes in milk to which salt has been added.
- Drain and roll in bread crumbs, place fish in greased baking dish and dot with butter.
- Bake at 450° allowing 8 minutes if fish is fresh and 15 minutes if fish is frozen.
- Yield:
- 4 servings.
- Carbohydrate 5 g, protein 22 g, fat 13 g, calories 225.
- One serving = 3 meat low-fat exchange.
