Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. each mayonnaise and plain yogurt)
- 4 green onions
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- The night before serving cut up, fry and drain bacon.
- Cut up green onions and mix with mayonnaise and pepper and refrigerate. Break up cauliflower buds and mix with the mixture.
