Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • big dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • big dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour

Method

  • Gently combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
  • In saucepan combine last 4 ingredients.
  • Place crab meat in individual baking dishes.
  • Pour sauce over crab meat.
  • Do not stir.
  • Bake in oven at 400° to 425° for 20 minutes.
  • Cheese is optional.
