Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 can corn
Method
- Thicken sugar, salt, milk and flour over heat.
- Beat egg; add to corn.
- Pour thickened sauce over corn-egg mixture.
- Dot with butter as desired.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for about 45 minutes or until top begins to brown.
