Ingredients
- 25 to 30 medium mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.
- Saute stems and onions in butter until onions are tender.
- Combine onion mixture with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into mushroom cups.
- Place in greased shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
