Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 tall can whole kernel corn
- 1 tall can cream-style corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix all ingredients (including liquid from corn).
- Bake in buttered deep casserole at 400° until barely pulls away from side of dish.
