Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 onions, sliced
Method
- Rub flour into steak.
- Brown on both sides. Season.
- Add soup and onions.
- Simmer about one hour.
- Add a little water as needed.
