Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs pork steak, cut in cubes
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 cups chopped celery
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (15 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained
Method
- Fry pork steak and drain.
- Combine all ingredients and bake in an ungreased casserole for 2 hours at 350.
- Stir once while baking.
