Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 6 to 8 pieces chicken
- salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope instant onion soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
Method
- Butter a large casserole.
- Spread rice in the bottom. Sprinkle chicken with salt and arrange over rice.
- Combine cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups.
- Dribble over chicken. Sprinkle instant onion soup over all.
- Pour broth around, not over, the mixture.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
