Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Method
- Grease a baking pan and cover bottom with cup of uncooked rice. Season chicken breast with salt and place on top of rice.
- Mix mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over the chicken, making sure it goes into the rice to moisten it, spread onion soup over top.
- Sprinkle a few drops of water over soup mix.
- Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2 hours at 325° or bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
