Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 4 Tbsp. onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Slice carrots in long strips.
- Place in shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with onion and sugar.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Pour water over.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
