Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew meat, browned
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- carrots
- potatoes
- celery
- green pepper
- rutabaga, chopped
Method
- Place meat and vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Sprinkle tapioca over this and add soup and water.
- Bake for 3 hours at 325° in covered casserole.
