Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 tsp. minced onion

Method

  • Saute pecans in butter until browned.
  • Drain and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • Top with pecans.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve hot with crackers, chips or breadsticks.
