Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. onions, chopped
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet.
- Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Cook onions in bacon drippings until tender.
- Stir in pork and beans, brown sugar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
- Stir in bacon.
- Let stand before serving.
