Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can cut green beans
- 1 (No. 2) can wax beans
- 1 (No. 2) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans (do not drain)
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. red vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Drain liquid from all beans except kidney beans.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar and sugar and pour over salad.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Stir a few times to completely coat beans.
