Ingredients
- 1 gal. Campbell's pork and beans
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. "Buck's" barbecue sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 strips bacon
Method
- Mix ingredients.
- Bake at 325° for 1 to 3 hours.
- If too much juice, drain off and bake for additional 1/2 hour.
- Can be doubled very well.
