Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, parmesan, artichokes, mozzarella, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8x8" baking pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
