Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place bacon strips on rack in shallow roasting pan and bake in 400° oven for 12 minutes.
- Remove bacon and drain.
- Reduce temperature to 325°.
- Grease 6 Pyrex custard cups.
- Circle inside edge of each cup with bacon.
- Break egg into center of each and sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake in 325° oven for 16 minutes or until whites are set but yolks are still soft.
