Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add hash browns; cook 5 min.
  • or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread evenly onto bottom of skillet.
  • Mix egg product, onions and milk until blended; pour over hash browns.
  • Sprinkle with bacon; cover.
  • Cook on medium-low heat 10 min.
  • or until center is set.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 2 min.
  • or until melted.
