Ingredients
- 16 oz. can Goya red kidney beans
- 3 Tbsp. pureed, cooked squash
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Goya Sofrito
- 1 packet Sazon Goya
- pinch of oregano
- 1 c. water (if needed)
- 1/4 c. Goya tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except rice, in medium saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes, adding water as needed.
- Serve over rice. Serves 2 to 3.
