Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless 4 breast halves, about 6 ounces each
  • 12 ounces mushrooms fresh
  • 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of mushroom can
  • 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of chicken can
  • 1 ounces soup, french onion can
  • 1 stalk celery chopped, or baby corn, etc

Method

  • Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while cleaning and cutting mushrooms in half.
  • Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.
  • You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.
  • Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
