Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless 4 breast halves, about 6 ounces each
- 12 ounces mushrooms fresh
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of mushroom can
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of chicken can
- 1 ounces soup, french onion can
- 1 stalk celery chopped, or baby corn, etc
Method
- Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while cleaning and cutting mushrooms in half.
- Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.
- You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.
- Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
