Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 4 strips Bacon
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cheese (whatever Kind You Like)
Method
- Form meat into 4 patties and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the bacon.
- Remove (save the fat in pan) and set on a plate with paper towels to blot off the fat.
- Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
- In the reserved bacon fat in the same pan, cook onion until brown.
- Remove and combine with the bacon.
- Place the bacon mixture on one patty, followed by cheese.
- Top with another patty.
- Repeat with the remaining two.
- Place on a hot grill and cook to your liking, flipping once.
- Makes 2 burgers.
