Ingredients

  • 1 quart Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 pounds Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 whole Tomato, Chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Heat corn on the stove or in the microwave and drain excess water off.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add crumbled bacon, corn and mix.
  • Add the colby jack cheese, green onions (save a few to top the dip for garnishment), tomato and mix.
  • Pour into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Top with remaining green onions.
  • Serve with corn chips.
