Ingredients
- 2 (8 or 9-inch) thin pancakes
- 16 slices bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooked chopped onion
- 1/2 c. cooked chopped green pepper
Method
- Prepare pancakes using pancake mix.
- Cut 8 slices of bacon into pieces, 1 inch long.
- Panfry until lightly browned.
- Drain. Cook 8 additional bacon slices; drain and keep warm.
