Ingredients
- 6 c. quartered, unpeeled small red potatoes
- 3/4 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped chives or sliced green onions
Method
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 14 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl.
- Add potatoes, bacon and chives.
- Mix lightly.
- Refrigerate until serving (at least 1 to 2 hours).
- Makes 6 servings.
