Ingredients
- 1 Non-stick Cooking Slray
- 2 Eggs
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 1 dash Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 300AF.
- Spray the bottom of a muffin tin on the number of slots that will be used.
- Arrange bacon into 'cups.'
- (I usually have some bacon that I previously cooked on hand so my bacon was semi-done already.)
- Make sure the bottom is covered so the egg doesn't break when you take it out.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and a some cheddar cheese over the egg.
- Crack an egg into each bacon cup.
- Pop the eggs into the oven for 15-25 minutes.
- (Or however the eggs are done to your liking.)
- Remove from muffin tin to a plate.
- Serve with a side of toast and enjoy!
