Ingredients

  • 1 Non-stick Cooking Slray
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 slice Bacon
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper
  • 1 dash Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300AF.
  • Spray the bottom of a muffin tin on the number of slots that will be used.
  • Arrange bacon into 'cups.'
  • (I usually have some bacon that I previously cooked on hand so my bacon was semi-done already.)
  • Make sure the bottom is covered so the egg doesn't break when you take it out.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and a some cheddar cheese over the egg.
  • Crack an egg into each bacon cup.
  • Pop the eggs into the oven for 15-25 minutes.
  • (Or however the eggs are done to your liking.)
  • Remove from muffin tin to a plate.
  • Serve with a side of toast and enjoy!
