Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. dried apples, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chopped celery
Method
- Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
- Heat to boil for 3 minutes.
- Stir in jello until dissolved.
- Add cream cheese and combine.
- Cool.
- Fold in remaining ingredients; chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping if desired.
