Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 80 grams Wiener sausages
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Grain mustard
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 dash Olive oil

Method

  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Slice thinly and briefly soak in water.
  • Leave in the strainer to drain.
  • Cut the sausages diagonally into moderately thin slices.
  • In a dry frying pan, saute the sausages over low heat.
  • When the sausages have browned thoroughly, remove from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
  • In the same frying pan, add olive oil, potato slices, salt, and pepper.
  • Saute until the potatoes turn a transparent white colour.
  • Turn up the heat to medium and add the sausages from step 3.
  • Continue to saute.
  • When the potatoes and sausage are well mixed, turn off the heat.
  • Add the mayonnaise and grain mustard, mix well, and you are done.
