Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chopped coarsely
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. crabmeat
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, cut in half
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. walnuts
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Toss chicken pieces, crabmeat, grapes, walnuts and celery together.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken mixture.
- Toss again.
- Chill.
- Serves 6 to 8.
